Having a sex only relationship with an ex?

We broke up a little over a week ago. He doesn't want a relationship, and the one that we had was mostly physical.

We talked about getting together and having sex...on the grounds that we don't get attached.

I'm okay with it, but what do you think? Is it bad to only have a sexual relationship with your ex?
